CREATIVITY AT WORK: The Design Thinking Workshop

The Design Thinking Crash Course is a one-day introduction to design thinking, a framework for 
innovative product and service development and a problem solving tool. Developed by Stanford D. School 
in the US and adopted for business by IDEO Studios in UK, design thinking is a human-centered, iterative, 
and responsive approach to innovation. It promotes creativity, ambidextrous thinking, teamwork, 
curiosity, and optimism.


At the end of the day participants will:

1. Define Design Thinking and Examine its 5 components
2. Identify their Design Thinking Personality
3. Apply Design Thinking to a Real Project
4. Use Design Thinking as a tool for Innovation and Creativity
